Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy. This cancellation policy sets out how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeated deliveries. These are based on the subscription length and frequency you select.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order. From there, you can manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock product or an item that will be available soon but is not yet in stock. This order may take 15-20 business days to process.
