Shipping policy
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Belgium. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and sales periods. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-7 business days from the order date and will be shipped the next day after the processing date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
*Pre-order orders will be processed within 15-20 business days. We reserve the right to change the processing time; you will be notified by email.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-7 business days for processing. After that, it will take 1-3 business days for delivery within Belgium, and 2-5 business days for international orders (depending on location).
What are the shipping costs?
Belgium: €6.99
FREE SHIPPING for orders over €100 in Belgium.
Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, and Germany: €11.99
Rest of Europe: €16.99
