Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

*Please note: You will be responsible for the return label costs.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1- Create the shipping label
Go to the Bpost website
Select ship to an address, select a weight of 0-2 kg, click the Plus button to continue, and fill in the recipient's details:

Then enter your details as the sender. Next, pay for the label, and they will then send you a PDF file with the shipping label. You can print it and affix it to the package you wish to return.

2- Take a photo of the package

Take a photo of the package with the return label attached and send it to return@coralmode.com

*It is important that you send this photo so we can process your refund correctly.

3- Drop it off at a Bpost office

Finally, go to a Bpost office and drop off the package.

If you don't want to send it with Bpost, you can also choose your trusted logistics service provider.

Do you want to return just one or more items, but not the entire order?
If you purchased more than €100 and have free shipping, you will be charged a shipping fee of €6.99 if your total purchase is less than €100 after returning the item.

If you purchased over €100 and have free shipping, and you wish to return the entire order, you will be charged a €6.99 shipping fee because you are no longer eligible for the free shipping offer.

Damages and Issues
Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as products purchased on sale (buy two for the price of one, buy two, get one free), sale items (50% off, 30% off, etc.), gift card. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges / Credit
The fastest way to ensure you get what you're looking for is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

Customers have the option to exchange their benefit for a Credit Voucher. This voucher does not have an expiration date and is valid in all of our stores.

Important:

  • Credits granted as part of promotional campaigns, giveaways, events, or other marketing activities are valid for 60 days from the date the credit is issued.

  • Once expired, the credit cannot be used or reactivated.



European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will inform you when we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.
